Governance

CPIN is designed to be a community-owned and DAO-governed ecosystem, ensuring that the power and decision-making stay in the hands of its participants rather than centralized entities. Through the CPIN DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization), token holders and network contributors will have direct influence over key aspects of the project — including governance decisions, reward structures, development priorities, and sustainability initiatives. This model creates a transparent and democratic system where every stakeholder has a voice, aligning incentives between users, developers, and energy providers. By transitioning toward full community ownership, CPIN embodies the true spirit of decentralization — building an ecosystem that is governed by the people who sustain it and driven by collective purpose toward a cleaner, more equitable energy future. DAO will be in effect 6 months after the launch of the platform and 35% of all tokens is allocated for the Treasury and will only be spent by the DAO.
