# Governance

CPIN is designed to be a **community-owned and DAO-governed** ecosystem, ensuring that the power and decision-making stay in the hands of its participants rather than centralized entities. Through the **CPIN DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization)**, token holders and network contributors will have direct influence over key aspects of the project — including governance decisions, reward structures, development priorities, and sustainability initiatives. This model creates a transparent and democratic system where every stakeholder has a voice, aligning incentives between users, developers, and energy providers. By transitioning toward full community ownership, CPIN embodies the true spirit of decentralization — building an ecosystem that is governed by the people who sustain it and driven by collective purpose toward a cleaner, more equitable energy future. DAO will be in effect 6 months after the launch of the platform and 35% of all tokens is allocated for the Treasury and will only be spent by the DAO.
